How to take care of the ceramics?

Please handle ceramics with extra care as they are easily breakable like glass.The sculptures can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Wearing gloves while cleaning is not recommended. The tableware can be hand washed with soap.please don't use abrasives or scrubbers or the glaze can get scratched and it won't be suitable for using to serve food. Dish washer isn't recommended.

Can the server ware be used for baking or cooking?

No. these are not stove top or oven safe. but you can serve hot liquids and cold food.

Can you customise?

Yes customisation is possible, but since these are handmade by just one person and not a team, it will require some time depending on the product. However exact colours or glaze merges are not guaranteed as each firing will have its own set of results.

Return policy?

Returns is accepted if the product is damaged during shipping. Extreme care is taken during packing of the product , so in order to claim a full refund or replacement an unedited video taken during the opening of the package will be the only accepted proof. So please ensure you open the package with a video recording that you can share as proof of damage.A full refund or replacement according to your choice will be initiated.
